Rates
• Reservations require a $250 refundable damage deposit
• One week miniminum rental
• One-half total is required to secure the reservation
• Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date
• Rates are in U.S. Dollars
• Each additional day is pro-rated at the weekly rate

House & Cottage $2475/Week
(8 Person Max)
• Cottage is not rented except with House
